Sounds like you're probably burning calories. Still, you should have this checked by a doc. Are you eating regularly? Do you shovel it in or take your time with meals? Eating slower can help but, again, consult a doctor!
EVERY time you eat? Hummmm....certain foods I eat, especially anything with preservatives in them like MSG, etc., Chinese food, makes my heart race. However, if it's every kind of food I would get checked out by a cardiologist. Good Luck.
