is it possible to lose weight when..?

I am in high school, and i hate fruits and vegetables..i am playing running back next year for football, along with multiple positions for baseball, but is there a way to lose weight without eating fruits and vegetables?

Answers:
You might be able to lose some weight, but for your overall health, you're going to have to learn to like at least some vegetables and fruit. Try sneaking some in - drink juice, make smoothies, add them to soups, pasta etc., and make a point of trying a new one at least once a week. Keep trying, and you'll eventually find some you like.

yea im also a Carnavor well mostly of it! um yea exercyse run, pull ups, sit ups crunches .....
yup. you will lose weight if you expend more energy than you take in. there is no way around that...its pure physics. Just eat a little less or exercise a little more and it will come off. Its calories that count. Think of them as energy. take too many in without burning any off, your body stores em. And, it doesn't really care where the calories are from. I laugh at the "dieters" that eat special foods....i remember thinking "i could eat dog s*it and if i ate enough, i would gain weight. Dont worry so much about the type of foods as the AMOUNT of calories in the foods you do eat.
Don't forget TOE-TOUCHES!

People act like it's impossible to lose weight. Jeez. EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY. Not that difficult.
eat ALOT less of the food you eat bc its probably bad if its not fruits or veges...

and try to run a few times a day around your block..that should be good for a month..then increase your activity

try to run around your block a few times AND ride your bike too

then increase it to doing that AND doing some weight lifting..light weights in your arms

good luck kiddo
