Every night me and my fiance have bad/odd dreams. Every night! How can we change them to good ones?

Dreams are a very hard subject to analyze, but from my own experience i find that if i am stressed in my life, then i will have bad dreams, but if you can manage your sress and stay content, then your dreams will reflect your life-style!
don't eat two hours before laying down for bed
and don't eat spicy foods before bed
Have sex every night. That way, you will be thinking of pleasing your fiance and you might have better dreams.
Agree with the above answer. Part of dreams has to do with one's personality. My mom tends to have unhappy dreams. I am a happy person and tend to have very vivid and happy dreams. Another part of it has to do with one's emotional health. My wife tends to have stressful dreams when our lives are stressed.

It sounds like you both need a vacation. Then figure out what is stressing you out.

Of course, when I'm really stressed in life, I don't sleep much at all, then I don't have the luxury of even a bad dream.
My suggestion is to have more sex and then go to sleep happy. Then your dreams will be about getting some more in the morning. lmao. Best Wishes.
