How come I am never tired?


I have worked harder (physically) than I have in a very long time. Thursday night I was hynotized (four nights ago). I'm eating healthy, taking my vitamins and getting lots of water. I cannot get tired enough to fall asleep. When I do fall asleep I'm up again after two to four hours and I feel GREAT, better than I ever have. What's going on? Is this healthy? Why am I not sleeping and why isn't it effecting me?

It could be what you're eating & the vitamins. It's probably giving you plenty of energy, maybe more than you need, so you are having trouble sleeping. Also, if you take a lot of carbs, those will give you energy. But I can't say for sure. You might want to consult your doctor.

well, depends on how and why you got hypnotized, that is never a good idea..could be you need less sleep, becasue you have been moving around more lately, thats how i am, in the summer i have so much energy it's just great, exercise is a natural high, i love it.

It may seem okay right now, but a lack of sleep will eventually catch up to you. It sounds like you are just really young and healthy right now, if there is nothing else going on then just enjoy it. But something else might be going on, I'm not saying you are, but people who are bi-polar can do this in their "manic" phases. You could just require less sleep than others, but even so most people need at the very least, 6 hours of sleep per night. Get checked by your Doc just to make sure nothing bad is going on with your body, you will eventually wear your body down if this keeps up.

You should discuss this with the person who hypnotized you. One of the suggestions may have been to not need much sleep and to wake up with plenty of energy. It sounds as though this suggestion may have worked too well. Yes, it is unhealthy for you to continue not getting sleep. Your body requires it and although your conscious mind is not sensing this, it is important.
I have no idea why you don't need as much sleep. If you are not exercising heavily, (body builder type exercises). It sounds to me like you need to join the Army or something, going without sleep is a noble quality in the Army.
u have sleeping disorder.all of the hard work u r doing is only to get tired and sleep.not for being healthy. u should see a doctor.
how i wish i dont get exhausted as much as i do.. this hypotension is really getting in2 my nerves..

Adderal, its a drug for ADD, and if u take it you will stay awake for a looong time and not get tired. If you're taking this drug, that could be the answer...
