Does this ever happen to You?


Do u ever get tired then head off to bed...soon as u lay down not even 5 minutes later u are wide awake again..then u get out of bed..then about 5 minutes later u are tired again..whats up with that and what does that mean??

Craz gave a really good answer. That happens to me too, I don't feel like reading, etc. but when I get up, I have no energy to actually undertake anything, so I go back to bed. The doctor prescribed Seraquel 25 mg. before bed. I gt an awesome nights sleep and it's non-addicting. But talk to your doctor!
hey... dont think too much bout it.... u r already really stressed out thats Y its happening. Try having a glass of warm milk with some honey before sleeping. taking a Hot bath also induces sleep. Try to relax and dont over stress urself.

u probably need a break from routine life. go take a vacation. if nothing works try counting sheep before sleeping.

get yourself into routine dont lie down in afternoons makes you sluggish
