120 / 58 is great. The bottom number is more relevant to good health. It's usually listed as 80 or below.

Many people have 100 / 60 and are perfectly healthy, unless there is a problem of feeling like fainting.

According to the American Heart Association's new guidelines for blood pressure.

Normal systolic (the top number) should be 100 to 130.

Normal diastolic (the bottom number should be 60 to 90.

The amount of points between the numbers should be around 30 to be considered normal.

When should you worry about your blood pressure? If you have two consecutive readings of greater than the numbers above while resting for at least 30 minutes. Remember you have to have at least two consecutive readings. One isn't conclusive enough to diagnose someone with hypertension (high blood pressure).
