I am thin an getting muscles slowly ho can i make them bigger?

I am not sure of your age, but if you are over the age of 18 I recommend that you take protein shakes and increase your intake of protien. Eat fish, beef, and chicken.
Eat lots of protein like fish and beans or get a supplement.
Exercise and a high protein diet
