How can I suppress my appetite?


Question:
I've been starving lately, particularly for sweets. No matter how much I eat, it doesn't seem to satisfy me. How can I stop this? Any suggestions for natural appetite suppressants? I exercise 30 - 60 minutes every night. I'm about ten pounds overweight and have been for the last ten years. I would love to lose the ten pounds, but at this rate, I will soon be adding another ten. Your tactful suggestions would be much appreciated.

Read Anthony Robbins "Live with Passion" in it he talks about quality quantifiers. It is the key to stopping yourself from eating more than just a few sweets. And in the case of good foods for you makes you feel like you need that good for you food.

Try drinking water.
You should eat foods higher in protein. There more filling so you may not be as tempted to eat those sweets.
coffee is a great hunger suppresant...so is green tea. See caffine has alot of affects on the body, it decreses the appetite and speeds the heart which creates a higher metabolic rate. If you use this and excircise though you need to take in at least 500 calories. Otherwise you will crash by day two or three. My recomandation is to head to a walgreens and pick up mega-t green tea natural supplements because they are the most affective natural supplements i have found.
