Colon Cleansing?

Does anyone know of something herbal or something i can make at home to cleanse my colon. I dont want to purchase anything at first because it may not work.

I heard psyllium seed helps, but you have to buy that. Water is good, and cranberry juice is good for bladder health. Otherwise, I think it's all about fiber, so that means fresh fruits and vegetables.
