are there any foods to stay away from during seasonal allergies?

i've heard that dairy and wheat aren't the best to eat if you are an allergy sufferer but not sure how true this is. i've only heard this from a friend and can't seem to find anything about it online.
Answer:
I don't know about not eating foods but I've heard eating honey produced in your region can help aleviate allergy problems
Other Answer:
if its hay fever then summer fruits may have a lot of pollen on them although this could be washed off, it depends on what allergy it is i guess
I have really bad allergies and those include dairy foods, I can eat wheat bread but if I'm around fields where they grow it, it bothers me really bad. I'm allergic to milk but I can still drink it, but around spring time when my allergies are really bad I don't drink milk very much or eat a lot of dairy and that does help a little bit. I'm not sure though, everyone is different.
Allergic to food will stay with you for the rest of your life. It won't go away like seasonal allergy. It's best to stay away from the those food you're allergic to and ask your doctor for a prescription for epipen to carry with you all the time, just in case.
