I have been working out for 1 month 1 hour a day and eating 1600 calories a day and why am i not losing weight

Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Drink 8 glasses of water a day

You may not be eating enough calories. See your local fitness counselor.
Wait a little longer. Your body may not be used to such a drastic change. Or maybe you should eat just a little more. A good diet is about 2000 calories and a 30-minute a day (at least) workout.
I would imagine one of two answers. Either you are very small (meaning 1600 would still be a high caloric intake), or your work out is not strenuous enough to properly raise your pulse.
it is possible that you are working to hard. You may be gaining muscle which wieghs more than fat. Go by how your clothes feel not by what the scale says.
you may be burning fat, but building muscle. that's why i wish people would quit worrying about WEIGHT. WEIGHT is irrelevent! MUSCLE weighs MORE than FAT. if you lose fat but gain muscle, you won't lose weight, you'll GAIN IT. but the weight isn't what matters.
look in the mirror? is it all good? then don't worry about it.
you may not be sweating a lot as you are supposed to there by not burn all the calories you have taken in. in your 1st week alone you should have lost 5lbs alone
u should eat to ur stomachs content. hope u never starve urself. Also it is very important which kind of exercise u r doing. r u doing ur exercises with true dedication? u may have to change the kind of exercise u r doing. Also in ur food dont take any bakery items or something which u know ll put fat. u may pop it in ur mouth thinking its just one day. but that small amt ll contribute to putting weight. Eat fruits and vegetables with ur normal lunch, without cheese, butter etc. this ll do u no harm. u know by eating fruits and vegetables u atleast dont put extra weight, even if u r not losing weight. So eat just healthy diet without any pastas etc. And continue exercising. Afterall it took u years and mths to get fat. so it ll also take u mths to get slim. proper fat free, healthy diet and right exercise will help u.
