Go to a dermatologist. Ask him if it would be a good idea to take tetracycline. It's worked great for me. I had it all over my back and face.
Right now its normal and socially crippling in your mind. If it is cronic, have your parents take you to the dermatologist or invest in that PRoactiv thing on TV that Jessica Simpson uses.
