Answers: dont wear a bra where your boobs run over the side, go to the subsequent size up. Oh, btw, if you are 13 and need a c cup, you certainly don't inevitability a padded bra :)
I agree with "Katie", it would be best for you to turn to a bra store, like Victoria Secrets, found in most malls. They will manoeuvre you and it's done for free. Don't feel obligated to buy a bra from them just because they measured you. You can pinch the measurement and go to Target and carry a decent bra for a 1/3 of the price.

yeah... dont wait to go and get a new bra/s. I thought i was a c... next I went to a store and got fitted... be expecting a D... and I got an E. And so forth. I would skip two sizes at a time because I was so attached to my comfy bras. Just to consent to you know... I'm a G now. And growing. So go ahead, obtain that bigger size. You'll feel comfier and there will be no bulging! step to a shop that will fit you - they will help you find the right size bra for you as each brand and design will fit differently so the right size surrounded by one bra may be wrong in another design.
Don't be embarrassed to ask to be fitted - that's their profession.
Go to a bra store that will help size you, sounds like you requirement a bigger cup size. I know how hard it is to give up a comfy bra, it really annoyed me how nippy I went from a B to a C to a D. All my B cups were really comfy. Go to a nice department store or an undergarment store and enjoy a proper bra measuring. Most women do not wear the right size. It makes a world of difference.
Go go and get a bra fitting at your local mall, there are usually bra fitters at places close to Dillard's, Macy's, JcPenny, etc. They will be able to properly fit you with a bra that will fit and be comfortable. you necessitate one with a bigger band measurment. let say you are a 38b... then try a 40b. the strip size is the measure just lower than your boobs. so yea. if you get a c it might not fit you on your boobs
Either get a bigger cup or do what I do. When they run over the sides, i basically like push my boobs back into the sides, and it make ur boobs look bigger..

i definitely noe what you be set to about the sportbras i can stay in em forever lol but if ur boobs r spilling over (like mine other does) then get a c cup. grasp a bigger size you def need to go up a size try to receive the same bra just contained by a bigger cup size
