Answers:    You should start out near a regular size (not super or plus). There is a leaflet in the box that have diagrams on how to use one. It's easiest to sit on the toilet while inserting it. Wash your hands. Take the wrapper off the tampon and place the tip of the applicator to your vagina. Start to slowly push it contained by (it works like a syringe). If it starts to hurt at any point take it out and try again next to a new one. Once you have pushed it adjectives the way in, remove the applicator and place it hindmost in the wrapper and throw it away. I didn't tell my mom any until I was 18! :)
Start out with a night light, they are really skinny and the easiest to put in. I suggest using Tampax pearls, they glide within easier, but that is my opinion.
You can squat or put your leg up on the hip bath or toilet. Whatever is easier for you. I suggest using a mirror the first couple of times, it's so much easier.
You need to relax, it's really easy if you do.
Then merely push it in till the part where on earth you are holding is touching your body. Also put it in at a slant towards yourself.
they push the connecting tube to put the tampon inside yourself.
You won't feel it going within at all or while you're wearing it if you do it right. If it feels discomfited, take it out and try again. Remember to pull it out at indistinguishable angle you put it in.
i had trouble beside this one too. this sounds really like hard..but its the truth.

u cart teh tampon,
put it near the whole,
push up the plastic module until the grip is like at ur vagina,
and then push the tip where on earth the string hangs out until its at the grip,
then slowly at first verbs out the applicator.

btw im 13.it doesnt mean ur not a virgin cuz u use a tampon. thats silly.
There are illustrated pictures inside the box.

Sometimes, it can be bloody, but only if you don't get it adjectives enough. When you get geared up to stop your period, I'd wear a pad when you slow down, that opening you make sure you don't forget it.
If you have the box, look at the diagram inside the directions. Put the tampon applicator within your vagina while holding the applicator push the tampon out. It gets inserted and remove the applicator. your take it out of the rapper, slide it into your vagina, push it out of the applicator, and remove the applicator. Look on the box rationale usually it has directions
dont be scared cuz it doesn't hurt
Your mother would not freak out. Your mom would most promising love if you asked her about it. You do not have to lose your virginity to use a tampon.

On the papers contained by the box it will give direction, and pictures.
your take it out of the rapper, slide it into your vagina, push it out of the applicator, and remove the applicator. Look on the box produce usually it has directions ur mom will not think that you are not a virgin! virgins use tampons. this is a speech you need to have w/ your mom. if you are totally against going to her within are picture instructions in every box of tampons. good luck.
i'm sorry. i'm 14 and i'm startled to wear them so i don't wear them so i don't know how to use them.
but ur mom won't think that about u. If you look inside the box at hand should be a pamplet about how to use one. And why would your mom think you're not a virgin if you use a tampon? That's stupid!
Go into the bathroom, shut the door (lol) put one leg on the toliet form or bathtub what ever and just insert it.. How to Insert a Tampon

Most of us will try to use a tampon at some time, so it's esteemed to know how to insert a tampon the right way. It might seem tricky at first, but after trying several times, tampon insertion become as easy as putting on a glove.

The key is to RELAX! Worrying more or less it may make you tense, making insertion even harder. Read the bag instruction leaflet carefully, and practice inserting a tampon during your length when your flow is moderate to heavy. The tampon should glide contained by easily. Lubricating the rounded end of the tampon applicator near a water-based gel for the first few tries can also be helpful. And by the way, don't use a petroleum-based jelly.

These instructions should put together first time tampon insertion easier:

First, look at the tampon. The larger outer tube that holds the tampon itself at the very end is the top – this is the portion that is inserted into the vagina. Think – top = tampon. The thinner inside tube is the one where the string is showing. This is the inner or bottom tube – the cut that is used to push the tampon in.

Wash your hand. Stand or sit in a comfortable position. Sit on the toilet with your legs apart and lean slightly forward, or try standing near your knees slightly bent. Standing with one foot up on the tub also works for some girls. Most of the time, you'll end up putting contained by a tampon while you're on the toilet – so that's a good place to start.

Look at the tampon applicator again – you'll see some ridges, this is the finger grip, on the larger tube. With the thumb and middle finger of one hand, hold the applicator weakly on the outer insertion tube at the grip location, with the larger outer tube facing up toward your body and the thinner inner tube pointing down toward the floor.

With your other hand, kind-heartedly separate the folds of skin around the vaginal opening. Put the tip of the larger outer tube of the tampon applicator in the first night of the vagina. Are you still breathing?! Don't forget to! It helps you stay relaxed.

The vagina slants upward and toward the back. So, aim the tampon toward a point low on the small of your rear (the curved area of your lower back). Now, take a low breath, let it out, and relax. Then gently push the larger, outer tube of the applicator into the vagina. Stop when your thumb and middle finger are touching the vaginal introductory.
NOTE: For flushable (cardboard) applicator tampons, ease in the applicator by slightly twisting or rotating it from side to side. Don't verbs a plastic applicator, this slides in best when pushed straight in at the proper angle.

Next, put your index finger (or a finger on the other hand) at the shutting down of the inner, thinner tube (where the cord comes out). Push this inner tube slowly until it's completely inside the larger tube. This pushes the tampon out of the applicator and into your vagina. Move your finger from the end so that the string hangs free. Keep your thumb and middle finger on the outer tube grip.

Now, holding the tubes (that are very soon inside each other) firmly but gently remove them from the vagina. (The cardboard tubes can be flushed away.) (IF USING TAMPAX PEARL PLASTIC OR TAMPAX COMPAK, DO NOT FLUSH THE PLASTIC APPLICATOR OR WRAPPER.) Place the used plastic applicator hindmost into the discreet wrapper or wrap it in toilet paper and throw it contained by the trash.) If the tampon is in correctly, you shouldn't feel it at adjectives. If it feels uncomfortable, it's probably not placed far ample into your vagina. The uncomfortable feeling comes from the tampon rubbing against the muscle at the channel of the vagina. If this happens, remove the tampon and use a fresh one, trying to insert it a little deeper into the vagina.

To remove a tampon, relax your muscles. Slowly and compassionately pull the removal string downward at the same angle you used to insert the tampon. Don’t verbs about the string – it’s securely sewn throughout the tampon. If you touch discomfort while removing the tampon, it probably means you didn’t need to amendment it because it hadn’t absorbed enough on the other hand. You may either want to wear a tampon longer next time or use a lower absorbency.
Tampax Flushable and Compak tampons can be disposed of by throwing them contained by the garbage or flushing down the toilet. Tampax Pearl tampons can be disposed of by throwing in the rubbish or by flushing for most people. However, flushing Tampax Pearl tampons is not recommended for septic systems.
stick it up ur vagina! duh
