My husband and I are both mildly OCD. He have a routine and its a mental breakdown when it gets interrupted and plans change. I in opposition have a certain method things are to be and if someone doesn't follow them than I have a tendency to hysterics a Little. Cupboard doors must be shut at all times. There is a set and certain place for every item and if it is moved or doesn't gain put in designated spot I loose it. My husband and I have both gotten greatly better since we have been married and we enjoy been working on it very complex. With an 8 yr old, 6 yr old and 4 month hoary it is exhausting to be OCD I know someone who supposedly has OCD and takes pills for it. He does the strangest things sometimes. Like once I be going into a class and he was going in back me then he turned and walked to the stairwell in the vicinity the classroom and looked down then turned around and kept doing that over and over.
And once he was walking down my friend to the train stop and kept stopping and touching the ground.
one of my friends has it. we just going a long next to it and try not to get her agrivated. she mostly has it just about where people sit. we really dont complain, so we sit where on earth we are told, sometimes we mess it up just to make her made and hold some fun. we all understand what she have and we try to make her life easier I am not ashamed to utter that I have OCD in accumulation to autism. Sometimes I do the strangest things such as cover My ears whenever I hear a buzzer. Also, I tend to organize things in a in no doubt way and not leave until it is sorted the proper road. Sometimes, I have panic attacks.
2 of my nearest and dearest members have OCD. One of them have other anxiety problems, also. I think that if you have the will to get hold of better, you can. With Medication, a phycatrist (Sp) and support you will get better!
Hope this helps!

one of my friends has a greatly mild case of ocd. when she eats candy approaching skittles, m&ms, gummy bears, etc. she has to sort them by color, put them contained by lines and they can not touch each other at all. if they do, she won't get through them. it is weird. but everyone got used to it. she does other unusual things too like washing her hand excessivly. yeah, i have ocd, as does my dad, and as do a few people i know.
my friends are on some medication for it, so they're not as OCD anymore :)
it's unadulterated, though. for sure.
My friend was diagnosed with it when she be little. OCD and Anxiety. She repeatedly pulls the hair our of her eyebrows til she has none moved out. It's kinda weird but she can't seem to stop herself from doing it. My teacher's husband's chore was to work with kids who enjoy OCD. I think it would be awesome to help kids and adults close to that.
